St Elizabeth’s School Roof Refurbishment

Saint Elizabeth’s Primary School wanted a durable system to waterproof all the flat roof areas of the school. The contractor choose to use RubberBond FleeceBack system as it is a completely cold installation and use of low odour adhesives caused little disruption to the day to day running of the school.

After numerous core samples were taken the existing decking and covering were left in place and new insulation layer was bonded in place. This saved the school considerable waste disposal costs and ensured that water ingress during refurbishment was avoided.
