Providing 75 studio and 23 en-suite rooms for CRM Ltd, the largest independent accommodation company in the UK. The roof was part of a pod type build by Elements Europe enabling a fast project completion of just 28 weeks.
The RubberBond FleeceBack system waterproofs a warm roof type design. Parts of the roof will be finished with a green roof system and the main areas will have PV panels installed to generate electricity.
The new build development is on the site of an unused petrol station that was vacant for a number of years.
