Screwfix Retail Unit Refurbishment

The project

The team at Screwfix Retail Unit in Cheltenham were looking to refurbish their flat roof extension to give it a fresher look and more welcoming presence for their customers. It was important that the refurbishment of the roof had as little impact on the community as possible and so the decision was made to develop the existing roof rather than demolish it altogether.

RubberBond approved Specialist Registered Installers, Advanced Industrial Roofing and Classing Solutions Ltd, have a national framework contract with Screwfix to refurbish any of their stores when required and continuously use RubberBond as their preferred product choice for each of their flat roofing projects.

There were no special requirements for this project which allowed for a straightforward application. The roofing contractor pointed out specifically how clean the RubberBond products are to work with, leaving fewer seams and resulting in an aesthetically pleasing result for the client.

The finished roof application has improved the over professional look of the Screwfix Retail Unit and thanks to Advanced Industrial Roofing and Cladding Solutions Ltd and their seamless application the new roof fits into its surroundings effortlessly.
