The building provides high quality student accommodation on St Mark Street, Lincoln, close to the University of Lincoln Campus and City Centre. The roof was part of a pod type build by Elements Europe enabling a fast project completion of just 28 weeks.

The RubberBond FleeceBack system was installed to a cut to falls insulation system to direct water flow to internal downpipes.

The University of Lincoln was founded in 1992 and has seen its students numbers rapidly increase from 2,000 to 11,000 students. This has resulted in a high demand for new good quality student accommodation.
