To our valued customers,

Firstly, thank you for your continuing support throughout this challenging time. Following the UK Prime Minister’s announcement last night, I’d like to update you on what we’re doing to support both you and our people.

Under Government guidelines, we’re currently categorised as a provider of essential goods and will therefore remain open to support you and your customers as you keep on providing essential services to the nation. We’ll continue to supply, responsibly, unless the government deems it necessary to extend restrictions to include our business.

We’ve invested in purchases of key stock items to maximise product availability and our delivery network is still running to provide you with the materials you need. Our sales and technical teams are working remotely and continue to be available via phone, skype and email to offer guidance and support.

The health and well-being of our staff and customers remain our highest priority, and we have strict guidance in place at our depots to protect our team, adhering to the latest government and health authority guidance.

As the situation remains very fluid, we will continue to keep you up to date as much as we can.
